This is a deep dive into rebuilding a connection to yourself and your inner wisdom.

It will help you arrive at a point of clarity and self-understanding around what you actually need to feel safe, seen, supported, valued, inspired, and empowered.

You will also explore what you need to let go of to allow these energies into your life.

So much of this stage is about uncovering the blocks that keep you feeling afraid and victimized by life.

You will learn new tools to see how your perception of yourself and you life have limited you in unnecessary ways.

Stage Two: Empower

In this stage, you will be guided to do the deeper work of releasing those fears that keep you stuck in procrastination, playing small to feel safe, and cause you to doubt your creative gifts and desires.

You will learn how to create feeling states that support your well-being on purpose, and clear away all of the distractions that keep you over-consuming (ex. overworking, overspending, or being over involved in other people’s lives) rather than creating what you truly desire.

Stage 3: Elevate

The final stage is the practical application of daring to be and embody who you truly are.

This means learning how to create action steps that support you throughout the journey of self-empowerment and creative recovery.

You will learn tools to help you stay motivated, have fun in the process, and create an environment that supports the new and true you.
